For your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others, Forensic psychological consultation and assessment services is taking precautions in accordance with public health directives to reduce transmission of COVID-19.

It is not possible to ensure a completely risk-free environment when attending appointments in person.

Telehealth services remain preferred as the first option for care delivery and provided where appropriate. During lockdown restrictions in person appointments may be offered for essential care only.

Please note the following when attending in person appointments:

  • Sign in with the QR code if applicable

  • Face masks are required in accordance with public health directives

  • Ensure physical distancing (keep 1.5m apart)

  • Practice good hygiene (hand washing and use of hand sanitiser)

  • Immediately notify Forensic psychological consultation and assessment services and self-isolate if you test positive for COVID-19 or are a close contact of a confirmed case

  • At first sign of any symptoms, get tested and stay home

    • Fever

    • Runny nose

    • Sore throat

    • Cough

    • Chills

    • Shortness of breath

    • Loss of sense of smell or taste

Your attendance and anyone accompanying you to an appointment will be recorded and readily provided to contact tracers where required.
